Pretrial Diversion
Mission Statement
The mission of the Seward County Pretrial Diversion Program is to provide persons charged with criminal offenses in Seward County an alternative to traditional criminal justice or juvenile justice procedures.
Our Programs
The Seward County Pretrial Diversion Office offers five independent programs within the community:
- Pretrial Diversion
- Drug Accountability
- Insufficient Funds
- Attendance Support Program
- Parents for Change
Each program is equipped with educated and trained staff that work closely with participants for the purpose of meeting program goals and requirements. The Seward County Pretrial Diversion staff are dedicated to their mantra:

Make a Payment
Payments for the various programs offered by Seward Pretrial Diversion can now be made online through our partner, Certified Payments. There will be a 2.49% convenience fee automatically added to your payment when using a credit/debit card. All fees are non-refundable.
Please contact the Diversion Office if you have questions regarding the remaining balance on your account. You may pay by cash, personal check, or money order in the Diversion Office to avoid paying the convenience fee.
